Rear cam timing marks not the same as front cam timing marks

Rear cam timing marks not the same as front cam timing marks
2004, RX330, Rear cam timing marks are at the 9 o'clock position, Front cam at 12 o'clock and crankshaft at 12 o'clock. Vehicle runs fine, observed the timing marks without removing the belt. Is the rear cam timing marks different than the Front cam timing marks?
