Can't get RX350 w/Performance Pkg & ML
 

My dealer says that RX350 can not be ordered with both Performance Pkg and Mark Levinson. The Nav is available w/ Performance Pkg but not ML.

Is this correct?

Yes . That combo is / was never available on the RX.

I see you have both Nakamichi and ML.

Is the ML that much better than std stereo in 2008 RX?

To me ML sounds much better when playing CDs.I suggest you take your favourite CD to the dealer and compare both std and ML back to back.

The standard sound system on RX sounds terrible, it should really be better in a 40K car.

Remember all ML are not the same ... make sure you comapre the ML system in RX with non-ML in RX.

ML is Lexus sedans is reportedly better.

From what I have gathered from posts is that the sound quality difference between RX ML and Non-ML is not noticeable ... (not worth the price difference ... combo options weigh more) you have to have the right ear(s).

I think it may be both. The ML and the standard system on the GX sounds better than the one on the RX.

supposedly the ML system in the IS is better then the one in the GS, which makes no sense since the GS costs more. most stock systems in general are usually lacking in one or more areas.

Is that where Bose excels? Bose designs their speaker arrangement based on acoustics of the vehicle and actually uses equalizers? Asking because I do not know.
