Tell us more, where do you get these led lights?
Is it just a simple swap?

Can you post some good pictures of what you have now. That might help us out a bit in giving you an opinion

FYI, the RX330 and RX350 doesn indeed use LED tail/brake lights, although it is not readily apparent and not the same LED style as the RX400H. Anyway, I like the red/clear pictured above the best.

To tell you the truth, the 400h lights are not very different from the 330/350 lights. One would have to be looking for it to even notice. The average driver would definitely not notice. By the way, the only time the 400h lights look even a bit different is at night when it's lit up...even then it's not all that different. In the day, it's very hard to notice any difference at all. I agree, the red ones you have definitely stand out and look much different than any of the clear ones.

Do the 330/350s have both regular bulbs and LEDs in the taillights. I looked inside once when it was parked and there looked to be a light bulb inside. But when braking, the LEDs light up.

Yes, they have both a 168 I think 5W wedge bulb in the middle, surrounded by 5, or 6 LEDs. I partially opened mine up and could see the LED circuit board. The plastic casing also has the LED wording stamped on it. I've looked closely, and as far as I can tell the LEDs do light up both as tail lights and brake lights. They just get brighter when you hit the brakes when the lights are on.

for the RX 330/350 it uses normal bulb for lights n LED for braking
the RX400h uses LED for both lights n brakes

i agreed tat the LED of 400h, isnt tat big difference even to some RX owners
its just tat the red tail light have been mushrooming ard my state,n i want to stand out.

so, u guys think i shud just keep with it?

Yes, I think you should keep the red/clear. Aesthetically they are the best looking lights for the 2nd Gen RX IMHO. Even though they are a stock Japan part, it is still unique to the states, whereas the stock RX400H lights will just be another stock part.
