Your car should have a Maintenance Supplement book that lists the service intervals.
If you don't have one, you can order one (free, I believe) from Lexus Customer Service.

Attached is a summary of the 2004 RX330 maintenance items based on a 7,500 mille interval.

If you go to your Lexus Dealer there is a phamplet for the 2004 RX330 maintenance schedule.

Just keep in mind there is dealer reccomended service and there is manufacturer's reccomended service schedule. Manufacturers reccomended schedule is in the back of supplimental owner manual [for sure for rx300].

Dealers schedule is modified to take into account local conditions as well as profit.

Users based opinion is that trans service schedule by manufacturer is not adequate.

Base the oil changes at 5,000 miles, if you'd like.

Use the best quality of oil filter. Tire rotation and inflation.

Change the transmission fluid on an all wheel drive every 15,000 miles. Change the air filters.

Change all the fluids every 30,000 miles.

Log and document all services performed.
