Hi there, I'm considering buying the Rx but I'm from Canada and have heard prices are much better south of the boarder. does anyone know how I might go about this or the ins and outs of buying outside the country? Thanks in advance for your help!

calling a dealer close to the boarder. They would probably be familiar with the process and be able to advise you. You might want to then check and verify with a local dealer what you have been told is true.
