The RX330 does have turn signals on the mirrors on versions sold outside of North America.
There are some other posts about how to order them from third-party suppliers. Of course, the wiring harness isn't exactly the same, but I believe I read that all you need to do is run a wire from the front turn signal light to the mirror.
