I have the Navi in my 04 330!

When I go and type a memo into the calender to remind me at a later date, I thought at that date I set it at it would display my message when I started the car?? I have tried twice now and it will not show up???? My screen is defaulted to the fuel mileage page, cause I dont have Navi here in Alaska....if that makes any differance (I cant see why it would)

So what Im I doing wrong...
