I guess I stand here corrected... we had hooked up an XBox on a roadtrip, and I was certain that the kids played that thing in the backseat while we "listened" to the game. Perhaps I was wrong, sorry for the confusion. I will check again to be sure, as well as look into the 4-volume shop manuals. Problem with those is that they will not show the innards of the various ECU systems - evidently the source of this flexibility limitation - don't know why they'd only allow DVD video/audio up on the front system audio...
