2007 RX 350 on auto trader has this pictured display.
I Googled and Googled cannot find any info on it/
Was this Factory installed or aftermarket. If aftermarket what is the brand?

That is definately aftermarket.
Make sure it works and does what it should.

Also, make sure you can control the AC and heat, and fan speed and modes for the vents because this unit may have replaced the AC controls.

Ditto....as Phil, mentioned make sure a/c, heater & all the fan speeds work, as well as everything else is good to go. btw, make sure you get the instructions as well.......If needs brakes, no big deal as there is a cost effective brake upgrade, as its underbraked for the weight.......
