Default Trip information: current consumption (real time)

I have rx350 2007

i noticed when car in stop position
the current real time consumption is set to max which is 30L/100km

like here in the picture

My full tank can do around 400 to 440 km mix between highway and city

I see there is 2 gallons + when the fuel light comes on & it says 0 miles left, so you can additional 30-60 miles, as I do sometimes, in a hustle to get to work, ect. I do like the 19+ fuel capacity.......

that is normal you are using fuel , but not moving

Yes all cars use fuel when not moving, my problem here is that fuel is set to max. I am afraid that i am consuming more than what i should be

it is normal that it goes to max. you are going zero miles and using fuel

That is just to give you a idea. Easy enough to figure out the mpg w/ the odometer after a fill up.......
