what is the difference USA vs Japan, is it just mounting holes?

 

I'd think they'd be the same as the same vehicle was manufactured even thou in two differenrent places......

 

I just had the OE Front Bumper Cover Replaced on my '05 RX330, and there have been NO Prior Accidents before this Fender Bender, there was NO VIN Sticker on it! It is a Canadian built RX330.
I purchased another OEM Front Bumper Cover from a friend at the Lexus dealership, who gave me a Good Price.
It was more $$ than an Aftermarket Bumper Cover, but my Buddy at the body shop said he woulhe rather use a Capa Certified or OE Cover. The Capa Certified Bumper Cover with Shipping was almost as much as the OE Lexus Bumper Cover and the dealer delivered it for Free!
Better OE than Aftermarket any Day!

 

I have a Japan front license plate bracket on a friend's Canadian 350 and a Canadian rear spoiler on a friend's RX400h made in Japan. There were no fitment issues with either despite the different part numbers. I would go for it.
