2002 rx 300 - the motor is howling at the moon - i know glove box needs to be removed - can i access and r and r the blower motor at that point

The blower motor is easy access once the glovebox is removed on the RX330, your younger brother. lol
Hopefully other members can confirm this on the RX300.

I do know the blower removes with 3 screws on your car(see below).
You probably have a candy wrapper or something jammed in the fins causing a noist racket.

Post up pics for everyone if ya want when you get it apart, tips and tricks too just for fun.

 

Try a simple investigation first.
Remove the cabin air filter and see if something or part of the filter is being sucked in.
