DTC Hell 2000 RX300 Video
UPDATE:
First of all, I would like to thank everyone who took time to respond to my original post.
The cause of the problem was bad Air Fuel Ratio sensors.
The root of the cause was the previous owner doing very shoddy work.
The Air Fuel Ratio sensors were indeed cheap Chinese garbage. The bank 1 sensor was cross threaded very badly. I tried several times to chase the threads with no luck. I ended up sourcing an exhaust manifold from a local pick a part yard. It was no fun doing this work in the dead of winter in Idaho but junk yard therapy works even when it is cold.
Once the new Denso Air Fuel Ratio sensors were in the fuel trimming issue was gone. The live data is now perfect.
Other repairs I have done. Well, repairs that I felt needed to be done because of the poor work that had been done by the previous owner.
Thermostat
Cam shaft sensors
Valve cover gaskets. Yes, they were new and leaking badly (previous owner).
PVC Valve and Gromet
Spark plugs.
Intake manifold gaskets and cleaned intake and throttle body.
New spark plugs and replaced any cracked coil packs with spares from pick a part.
The car is now running perfect. No oil leaks.
