Default Check engine light Po5o5

Don't know if this have been covered. MANY threads to look through.
I have a 2001 Lexus rx300. Check engine light and VSC light came on. Only code I got was PO5O5.
It has a list of things it could be. I wanted to clean the throttle body first but don't know if it's a manual or electronic.
Hoping that takes of the problem. Does anyone know which throttle body
I have?
I'm gonna star there the go down the list. TIA!
Also could some tell me where the ETCS fuse is? It's one of the things on the list,,,

This is my first encounter with P0505.

At about 65K miles many folks have reported issues with IACV [please search and look up the DIY]. Idle issue does not pop up any codes.

RX meters the air going in to the engine and then analysis the exhaust. Gas pedal, via cable, open up the air to the intake and the ecu meters in the right amount of gas.

Thank you Salimshah. I'm taking it to my dealer cause none of the smaller shops are familiar with that code either. $50 to diagnose then however much more to fix it.. Plus no one knows why the VSC light came on at the same time. *sigh*

VSC light is a companion light to the Check Engine Light.
Unconfirmed thought is that the VSC is actually deactivated.

Is the issue resolved? Are/were there any other symptoms?

Issue isn't resolved yet. I have an appointment in 2 weeks at the dealer. As to symptoms I don't really notice any and that's the problem. it's running the same. Hoping the dealer can figure it out.

I guess that's possible but would that throw a code separate to the other one?
