Key Programming 2001 RX300

Have tried to program new key but isn't working. I'm assuming it's because the driver's door actuator isn't working. Can someone confirm or is there a way I can program without the actuator working?

Are you trying to program the key to start the car or just unlock it? If you are programming to start you can use Techstream. If programming to unlock and the actuator isnt working you can have someone move that lock manually.

If you are trying to start the car door locks shouldnt matter. Techstream is the diagnostic software for Toyota.

Many thanks Mauser. Instructions worked a charm. I'm assuming the remote programming instructions didn't work because not all of the locking activators are working.
