I got a massive crack in my windshield last year and had Safelite replace it (covered by insurance). Ever since it has been replaced, the dashboard has been reflecting terribly onto the windshield no matter where the sun is at. I bought and am using the dashmat below with minimal benefit. Is there anything I can do to fix this reflection? It's driving me insane. Is there anything I can coat it with?

I've been through this issue, and solved with a dash cover from DashDesigns https://www.dashdesigns.com. I had to order twice...I first got a tan color, did not work, then ordered black, that fixed it. No more reflection.

Sounds like a good quality dash cover is your best option. Probably "black" regardless of your interior color.

Do you use any product on the dash which may be making it shiny and reflecting more light on to the screen?
