Default replaced ecu, ignition and key, still no start

Hello I have done some work keeping the RX alive, valve stem seals, new valve cover, timing belt water pump, multiple sensors, all within the last 2 months and then upon restarting the computer seemed to have issues and only run when I plugged an obd11 reader into the port and left it in while driving. I have rechecked my engine grounds again, all good.
So I found a salvage ecu, ignition column, and master key from the same year vehicle, supposedly all out of the same car.
I have found info on installing only the ecu, or only a new key, but nothing on replacing all 3 at the same time.
I installed them with the battery disconnected, connected the battery and no start.
Does anyone know the process if all 3 pieces have been replaced.
Not sure if I have to open the door 5 times or hit the gas and the brake etc.
The bride loves the car, me losing my love but need this to run. New vehicle is not in the cards right now. My 88 Supra is yelling at me for some love.

What is the security light doing when you insert the key?

The security blinks when no key is inserted and stops when the key goes in. No light at all.

Then your ecu is recognizing the key. I don't think it is an immobilizer problem.

Just to check it out I plugged in my obii reader and the car starts and drives. Shifting into 3rd gear there is a little hiccup but other than that it runs and drives with the reader plugged in. Do you think that a bad ground would cause it to not start without an obii reader plugged in. I had changed valve seals, water pump, timing belt, thermostat so I had a lot of parts off and the only ground I can not see is the one against the fire on the intake. From what I remember.

Aside from the back intake ground,
There is 2 more grounds that bolts (12mm nut) to the side of the intake.

Thank you for the pictures, I think I may have the ground connected higher to the intake. I will check it today.
