No start, no power to fuel pump or injectors

Hello again, Thank you all for your help so far with my 2001 Rx300 awd 186k. Just finished up oil seal, rear valve cover replaced, water pump, timing belt, coolant temp sensor, thermostat, and my car started for a few mins then died. I pulled the belt off and rechecked the timing marks a couple of times. Wont start but will turn over. Doesn't even sound like it wants to start. Brought it to a friends garage and he plugged his snap on computer into it. No codes, security light is always flashing though. He cant see the security system through his computer because of the age of the car. In trying to have the car reset itself I have disconnected the battery for a while, also left the key on for a while, did the original key and valet key plug into the ignition multiple times but still no start. Different software I guess. I checked the fuel pump and there is no power there, the fuel injectors are not getting power either. The car will start with the OB11 reader plugged in but not when I remove it. And it will idle with the plug out of the port but when I put it in drive and give it some fuel it will die. While doing the engine work I did have to put a jumper box to start it. Any thoughts on where to check next?

Could try this security bypass. Don't know if it will work or not.

Well, it's no brainer. Security light flashing = fuel pump disabled.

Did you look into this:

I hope that you didn't place the jumper pack backward. Otherwise, you will be looking at a new ECU. You can get a used ECU (same year and Model) from a junkyard or eBay. You will need to unsolder the security chip from the old ECU and place it into your junkyard ECU. The EPROM chip is a 93c56. Just find an ic label IC900 on the board. You can also get a chip 93c56 which has never been programmed and solder it onto the junkyard ECU, but you will have to then program the chip. Search for a username Mauser on this forum or "RX300 ignition key, ECU". Mauser will walk you through removing and programming the chip.

I am pretty good matching the pos terminal to the red wire.
Are you saying these are symptoms of a cooked ECU? Is there a way to test the ECU. Kinda don't want to throw parts at it to see what sticks.
The picture of the fuse panel. Is that located by the drivers left foot?
I removed that cover and on my Rx there are no fuses or relays there, just wire connections.
There is a large fuse box in the engine bay left side next to the battery and I have checked the fuses and swapped relays with known good relays. No change.

The pic i sent is on the driver side.
It’ll by your left knee if you were sitting in it.
Thers a coin box compartment there.
Pull it out.
What do you mean you dont have fuses here and just wires?
You should have a junction block here with fuses as the pic i sent.

Thank you. I did not know where the fuse box was located I will tear it out this weekend and look at that fuse to see if it is burned thank you
