Compass isn't working?

Anyone ever had this problem? There is nothing in the top right corner display, I've tried searching and the only ones I've seen are ones who needed theirs recalibrated and had a "--" or "00" display, mine has nothing. I've looked at the fuse box diagrams and don't see anything pertaining to the compass.

Tried turning it on (holding AUTO for 3 seconds), but nothing, seems like it's dead; I thought there might be a fuse for it, but I don't see any labels on the fuse diagram pointing to this.

Time to dig out wiring diagram.

My hunch is it shares the 12v with the mirror dimmer circuit. Does the green light up for you?

Nope, no green light either. Not that big of a deal though, I was just hoping someone else had this problem and it ended up being a simple fix.

Sorry we dont carry the schematic diagram on site due to copyrights. Outside search will very likely find you the circuit diagram.

You can also just test out every fuse. Problem is there are fusible links which you can trace through the circuit diagram (and part locator diagram).

In desperation you can remove the mirror and see if the plug is hooked up or even check the voltage at the connector.
