Default Something's leaking - valve cover gaskets?

Noticed what seems like an oil leak on my driveway, though under the hood it appears "wet" as if it's water, not straight oil. The manifold in the pic was also wet and the moisture seemed to burn off a bit when the car was running. The moisture is noticeable below the manifold area on what I'll describe as various parts below this area. The car has 174k miles and otherwise is in great shape. Any thoughts on what's going on?

Well, did you get your finger on it, to make sure it's water, not oil?
Was it raining and you drove through puddles?

Hasn't rained in days and it feels like oily water, not straight oil. Just took the engine cover off and was able to tighten a couple of the valve cover bolts, the one on the far left front was very loose compared to the others.

I almost can't believe it, but the leak seems to have stopped after tightening the valve cover bolts. Fingers crossed.
