Cool 2003 rx300 Relay and Wiring Info/Diagram Needed

Attached to the left side of the cabin-based fuse box (behind coin drawer), is a small block housing two installed relays - facing the firewall. The smaller of the two clicks/hums constantly - or practically so - it increases in rate under acceleration, and drops, sometimes stopping when allowing the car to coast/decelerate. When the relay is removed while the engine is running, the engine dies within a few seconds. I cannot, however, determine exactly what circuit the relay controls. (If someone has a diagram or just knows what relay is fluttering away, I'd appreciate it)

More Information: With a ohmmeter, I've determined that the relay is good with readings exactly as expected (110 on control circuit and OL on switch side). On the block, while the switch terminals read 12 volts across, the control circuit terminals read only 1.9 volts with key in acc position, but the "hot" side reads 12 volts to any other ground. Is this evidence of a short/issue, or is this expected? For reference, the non-hot terminal on the control side is a dark blue wire with yellow stripe and silver hashes.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Anyone have a diagram that denotes the RX's relays? How about a wiring diagram?

Thanks in advance!
