where is the acc cable and cruise control throttle cable

Throttle cable and Cruise cable terminate in the air intake. If you have some one sit in the driver seat and push the throttle (engine off) you can see a round wheel like structure spin. On the same wheel the cruise control cable is there and it it makes it s way across the engine towards the front passenger seat.
