Unplugged power antenna now no sound from radio
I recently unplugged my power antenna in my 99 RX300 because of the clicking sound. I had no need for it because I have Bluetooth added in it. Now after putting everything back together I have no sound coming out of my radio at all. Can anybody help? please!!!!!

The antenna output can be broken.
Unfortunately we can only give you hints. You have examine both ends .. .one at the antenna and the second at the back of the head unit.

Thanks for wuick reply. I unplugged the harness. Would that cause no sound? The CD player and radio both appear on the display but no music.

which harness .. at the back of the radio?
I would suggest to disconnect the motor at the bottom of the mast.

I assume you just disconnected the power to the motor only.
What function does it show on the display?
Is it reverting to radio? All audio is connected through a serial communication and it defaults to radio. If you have no radio signal as the antenna is not extended you may hear nothing.
All the above assumes that every thing is working (other than the antenna motor) ... all fuses in tact etc.

I believe I was supposed to cut a couple wires for the power antenna. Instead of unplugging the entire harness which I believe consists of eight different wires

If you unplug the motor at the tail of the vehicle, you dont have 8 wires there. [no offense intended here, I am just going by memory]. Do not unplug the connector at the radio end as you will get into other issues.
The advantage of disconnecting at the motor end is, if and when you or any one comes around to fixing the motor, every thing is at the same spot.
