Where is the flasher relay on the RX300?

Where is the flasher relay on the RX300?
I tried to search the internet but I still don't know the location of the relay. Can anyone describe the location or take a picture of the location on their RX300? Many thanks.

I'm not really in the know, but the manual has this to say (in pictures): Fuse location 5 in the engine compartment .... It looks like it's just a 15amp fuse. Maybe the flasher relay is a relic? I'm stumped.

There is plug for the turn signal behind the panel in front of your knees. In front of your left knee if in the drivers seat. I don't remember if it plugs into the actual controller or if it is just a junction point.
