So i replaced my bank 1 o2 sensor today and while under the car i noticed this bushing was broken in half. Any one know what this piece that it goes over is called?

Well after thinking about it and looking at it looks like its the rear motor mount luckily a replacement is cheap however it seems like something is always breaking on this car. Only have had it like a month and it seems like every week i find something else broke on it

Why is so much oil on the mount? Next one would not last long.

Car has an oil leak which i believe is coming from the valve cover gaskets so im gonna replace those first before i do the motor mount
