Looking at 2003 for daily driver

OK, still on the hunt. Have a retainer on one with 30k miles, but price seems a bit steep.
Most interested in a 2000 w/ 60k miles, super clean and cosmetically solid. Just a bit leary of what appears to be deferred maintenance, plus in my head a 17 YO vehicle just seems a lot older than a 14 YO vehicle with more miles; my head isn't completely accepting of the math.
So, we have
- a pricey 2003 w 30k miles, all maintenance done including water pump, tranny, plugs, brakes, cooling system (new hoses too!) and timing belt (twice!!!!) - seems like PO just did whatever the service manager suggested....
- well priced 2000 AWD w 60k, very clean, but light on maintenance
- also a 2003 w 137k miles, very clean, pretty good maintenance, but concerned on mileage
I want a good 5 - 8 years out of this car, I don't drive much, maybe under 10k per year.
decisions, decisions
any suggestions from owners?

salim - I want to extend a note of appreciation for running this board in a professional, useful manner. I've learned a lot on this model of RX from the board just by reading, and your thoughtful insight was always felt. In fact, the usefulness of this board, its level of civility and straightforward presentation helped me feel comfortable with purchasing an RX300. Thank you.
I do hope you stay connected to this board, even though your new ride is of a different generation.
