Default Oil leak question

I have very small oil leak from the bottom of engine/transmission connection place. (It's my guess that it is engine/transmission connection place). I've attached photos. Question is: Is it transmission oil or engine oil, or could it be coolant because its reddish color. Leak is very little and doesn't affect any oil or coolant level. And leak may be coming from behind of this thin metal cover. Has it gasket? Can I remove it to check,

without oil draining?

Might be a rear main seal starting to leak a little? Looks more like oil to me. If it helps to see that area, you can pull that dust shield off. It may allow you to see a little more of the area.

Thats brown. Take a clean paper towel and wipe it. The color will be more visable. Looks like the rear main seal is leaking.
