Default 2000 RX300 - P1354 but Only 2 Cylinders Misfiring (P0304 / P0306)

I have an 2000 RX300 that has the following codes appear intermittently:
  • P1354
  • P0300
  • P0304
  • P0306
I say intermittently as they only appear after roughly 30 minutes of highway driving, if I turn off the car for 15-20 min, the CEL will turn off and the alarms will clear.

I have gone through all the P1354 threads associated with multiple cylinder misfires, and all had the entire bank of cylinders misfire.

Any thoughts on what could be causing only 2 of my cylinders to misfire?

Bad coil-pack, bad plugs .. Have you tried swapping things around .. suspect with know good.

Once you get passed the swapping test, I would investigate with compression test/valve leak down.
