Default Rear Bearing replacement ABS ring

Hi I have a 99 RX300 FWD,

Trying to change rear Driver (left) bearing. The old part has an ABS toner ring, the new part does not.

Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this situation.

Can I get the abs ring off the old part? can some how rebuild the old one with parts from the new one?

I can't seem to find a complete assembly compatible with ABS that I can get this weekend

Can you heat the tone ring with a propane torch and pop it off the old bearing and put it on the new setup? Looks like a cover to me but I haven't done one yet. Thankfully.

Thanks for the reply I ended up ordering the correct parts with the ABS tone ring attached. Now I will have to send these back to the ebay buyer I bought them from and pay the return shipping which is more than half what I bought them for originally. Oh well that is life I guess.

I might try to rebuild these so if anyone knows how to get the ABS ring off or advice on rebuilding these I am all ears. I only have 270k miles on my rx300 so I am sure I will need to replace the bearings around 400k miles. lol

There was long thread as member kept attempting to do the tone ring on the rear shaft. If I run in to it I will post a link.

Summary ... not worth doing it at home. Just buy the shaft with the ring.

can you send a link where you bought your rear hub? PM is fine. I need to do the same thing and was planning to get a bearing and seals. I have a AWD with ABS.

I ended up just replacing the wheel bearing and seals. Inner race was bad. SHMBO said it was much quieter. This was a pretty big job removing the hub from the car. Those suspension bolts didn't want to loosen. Parking brakes got replaced 'while I was in there'.
