Default PO441 and PO141

Hi Everyone,

I looking for some help. Our RX300 I just changed the ignition coil on cylinder 5 and about 2 weeks ago I just changed the O2 sensor for Bank 1 Sensor 2. I am now getting the PO441 and PO141 codes which say the same O2 sensor fault and an evap fault. I think I have changed the same coil about once a year now for the last 3 years. Any ideas on what else could be the problem?

Thank you for the help!

Craig

Did you use something on the threads before you installed it?
