Transmission front planetary welded pins

Hello friends.I have lexus Rx300 for about 6 monts.I like it a am taking care of it very good. When i bought it changed all filters , oils.I used ENESO ECO ATF for transmission and aftermarket filter. When i changed tranny filter there i found on magnets some big metal shavings and some like cream.I knew that big shaving are not good.I started to do some modification on tranny oil cooling.Added FAN with temp relay on stock cooler. After that I added secondary transmission front mounted cooler "stacked plate - the best ones. Now on hot and driving slow uphil temperature is not going more than 186F.Usually city 165F.I am very worried about front planetary mechanics and pins that are going bad.I am plannig on opening tranny and replace this front planetary mechanics with one upgraded welded pins and four planets"instead of OEM 3.Now i have no problems with shifting "some times when it is very hot i feel hard shift but rare.Did someone of you installed this front planetary mechanics with welded pins ?I don't wanna wait the car to leave me on road.

Welcome to Club Lexus.

I dont think that any member has taken up on themselves to open up the transmission. But maybe some one did and hopefully can respond.

Did you take any pictures. If you did. please post.

Thank you :) I will take pictures of what mods have done.I am some kind of self learning mechanic.I found fifteen good videos on youtube how to dissasemble this gearbox.Hardwork ,but it's my hobby.
I love this lexus.I want to keep it.After i am sure that all mechanics in gearbox are as they should then i will order and change every 30 000km Amsoil oil.
