Default Trouble with the curve (Slip Indicator light)

I’m hoping someone has some kind of insight for me about the problem I’m having. I have a 2003 RX 300 with almost 200k on it and when I take a right turn my front driver’s side wheel will break, not a hard break but the breaks will pulse and the slip indicator light will come on and the car will beep. When I took it in the shop said the wheel was not centered and it made the car over steer and they said they fixed it buy centering the wheel. But it started up again, does anybody have a clue what is causing this and how to fix it?

welcome, it sounds like you have a problem with the drivers side abs sensor or have a broken tone ring on that axle.

You can attempt to remove and clean the sensor or check if the tone ring spins freely around the axle to indicate a break. If its just a faulty sensor, then its a simple unplug and replace upfront.

Welcome to CL. I hope you will enrich our forum. As a reminder, please read through the sticky threads and make use of the search feature.

At times the auto-spell-checker changes words and here brake vs break [I am not trying to nit pick .. my posts are full of this too] is bit confusing.

Break in traction .. making the wheel spin while the pavement to wheel has no traction, vs brake that causes the wheel not to spin due to driver foot brake and abs/traction kicking in. These two are diametrically opposite.
