Default 89072-48380 vs. the part number 89072-48380-RK?

IS there really any difference between the part number 89072-48380 vs. the part number 89072-48380-RK?

Per the LEXUS TSIB REPLACEMENT RKE KEY CASINGS – BO005-06
it says "Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) outer key casings are now available without the transmitter
assembly. In addition, improvements to the material have been made to increase the
durability of the key casing"

I'm after the improvements to the material on the RK.

I do see differences in pricing when I look up the parts on some on-line dealers. The part number with the RK is more expensive.

I'm hoping the RK is worth it the extra $20 and that they really changed the design and materials after all those problems with the casings breaking.

Are the Sewell casings with the RK?

Thx!

I bought the - EK (Eternity Key) and love it. You do give up the Lexus logo with the Eternity Key though.
