i was checking out the picture gallery and i saw this pic of your RX with blacked out tail lights. how did you do that? did you find a way to take the outer plastic shell off to color the inside? it looks pretty cool i gotta say and i am going to have a extra set of the old style lights when my new ones come in, i may try it

I'm not sure if this is how he did it but this would be the easiest way to do it. Kinda like how I cleared my tail lights you just have to put them in the oven and pry them open. Once you have them open you should be able to just paint the inside and then heat them up and stick them back together. Unless they are aftermarket this would be my guess now how it was done.

Apologies for not specifying in the picture's caption. That's something I photoshopped to see how it would look.

It would absolutely be cool to somehow take off the plastic covering and repaint the red. If I had a spare set of tail lights, I'd try it too.
