I was thinking of putting some after market wheels on my RX. Anyone have any pics of wheels on a RX300 to give ne some ideas. i was thinking black ?

 

I'm not a big fan of aftermarket rims. But there is a thread on here dedicated to that, you will find it with a quick search.

I wouldn't mind RX330 rims on the RX300 though.

I had to use the spare on my '99 RX recently. It came mounted on a nicely painted black wheel. I was immediately impressed with how good it looked; clean and fundamental. Others commented on it too. I may try to see if I can get three more (it must have been standard equipment). I'm not keen on changing the wheel design parameters. The spare is just a different version of the stock design and I would hope they are relatively cheap. Perhaps you have the same spare. I had never had a close look at it until the need arose.

 

My spare is just like the rest of them . I know some spare wheels are not to be used as every day driving so check with the dealer. I did think of painting my wheels so they match the emblems on my silversport. All my emblems are a smoked chrome not just chrome or gold like the rest.
