RX 300 hard to starts

RX 300 hard to starts
I've got a 2000 RX 300 cranks good but hart to start. If I rotate the engine a few time and let it set about 20 seconds it will usually start. But if I just crank it keep cranking it at first it won't start. It doesn't flood if I pump the gas peddle either. Have any suggestions?
