I just purchased a 1999 RX300 from a woman at church. I love the car and the only problem is that the driver's side door does not respond to the unlock/lock buttons on the master key. All the other doors work fine. It's the only key I have to the vehicle.
What could be the problem and what can be done to fix it?

Also, I would HIGHLY recommend that you purchase another master key. If you ever lose yours, it'll be a very, VERY expensive experience. Also searchable here.
