99 rx300 Ring & Pinion gear need Part(s) Help !
Hello First gen. Rx ers .......... I'm in a bad spot and need help locationg a pinion gear for my awd Rx. I had the transfer case rebuilt because the bearing was bad. long story short one bearing was off and it chewed up my pinion gear as a result. the mechanic is paying for the part but we cant find it.
Anyone have a parts car ? any ideas were I can get one ? don't want to pay 800.00 plus from a dealer. willing to pay a FAIR price.
Roads are covered in ice and sure miss my rx snow mobile.

I would not recommend replacing just the pinion, especially if this is not your fault. It would leed to problems down the road I think.

$566 with the CL discount for both ring and pinion and washers/collars. Seems reasonable to me!
Make sure you determine if you have limited slip or not also, not sure if I gave you the right link.
