Looks like the original NAIS CR2-12V relays are no longer available on ebay. Also lately, the few suppliers on Aliexpress that have advertised them did not ship them out when ordered as written up on this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...-12v-nais.html
I had a similar issue on the passenger side window of my 2001 rx300. Sometimes if I click up, i can hear a click but window does not go up, it even goes down sometimes.
I ended up buying the relay from ebay for $40.
I thought about soldering the relay myself, but did not want the risk of damaging the expen$ive logic board so I had the seller install it for $30.
Seller offered to replace the relay on the driver side board as well for the same install price if i buy the second relay. Im thinking the driver side might go bad soon so I had him do both boards.
Now both my windows works perfectly and I don't have to worry about the driver side board going bad soon.
Here's what the relay looks like installed on the board.
