I am just too excitied with my 6000k HIDs!!!
This is my first real mod, besides the tint and stuff. Today i finally got the guts to go to my local Autobacs and got a set of Philips 6000k HIDs. I compared the light with stocks and another set of 5400ks. The other brand was much whiter but brighter than my philips one. But mine has a bluish tint to it, it just made me wet my pants. The stock ones, well............................they can truly suxk my a$$! I couldnt believe the difference. However, now my corner lights, fogs, and hi-beams look pathetic and yellow. But i myself really like the contrast. I will drive around it for a while to see if i like my current set-up. Will post pictures later. I can tell u, im really enjoying blinding people now!!=)
Also, I shopped for Lowenhart LD-1s and they were so expensive i couldnt believe it.
18s 3 pc were: $857/pc, 2pc: $714, 1pc: $514. And tires were $228/pc. These prices are more than a little out of my range and the 1pc ones are so ugly. I saw them in person, and i have to say that the 3pc LD-1s are by far the best wheels i ever seen!! They have other newer ones, but i just cant quite swallow the U.S$3771 price for a set of 18s. I think for that price i can get 19s or 20s in L.A. What do u think????
Corner bulbs looks terrible now

Looks great! HID's will make a night-driver out of anyone Your RX looks real menacing in that first picture - looks nice with the tint on the windshield.
How about that I35 looking car in your fourth picture. An Infiniti with a hood ornament and benz looking grill

Looks good! Now get busy changing out your parking lights, either turn off your foggies or change them, and get some of those AutoBacs clear sidemarkers w/ bulbs to match the 6000k and you're all set! Just toying with you. Looks great!
