Can I Neutralize knock sensor on 99 Rx 300
If I disconnect the knock sensors can I reset ECU to not retard the timing. If so where can I un plug or cut the feed without removing the intake?

Why would you want to do that? Do the fix and in the long run fuel saving will pay for the repair.. Depending on where you live, your vehicle may fail emission test and deemed not roadworthy.
There is a DIY (long process but can be tackled at home).
