Default Trac off indicator and CEL on, P0125!

Hi all. Im trying to get some ideas/suggestions on how to resolve p0125 code. closed loop insufficient cooling? I recently did coolant change, using all recommended steps additives and fluids. Took off negative cable of battery for a min. to reset. After all that, lights still on.

Make sure you dont have low level of coolant and you dont have air in your cooling system. Also, have someone with a scanner that can read live data, check what is the ECT reading when the car is fully warmed up.

At normal operating temp, ECT readings should be around 190-200. Just a guessitmate but it gives u an idea.
