rpm at warmup question
Is it normal is my rpm is at 1300-1900 rpm when the car is first started/warming up?

I'm not countering Hyper's answer but 1900 is definitely on the high end of things. The 1300 is probably normal.

I would give your throttle body, and IAC valve a good cleaning. Probably long over due.
