02 AWD with 270,000 miles. Noticed a shudder slight hesitation when entering a slightly up pitched driveway at very slow speed; less than 5 mph. It has done it once or twice since. At normal speeds all is normal and transmission shifts smoothly. Differential fluids was replaced at ~100,000 and again at ~200,000 miles both times with Mobil 1 fluid. Transfer case fluid was replaced at ~100,000 miles also with Mobil 1 synthetic fluid. For some reason I suspect something with the transfer case OR, I noticed one of the front left CV joint boots was damaged and grease has leaked out. Any ideas out there??? Thanks!!!

I would pull the harness off the abs and see if it still does it to eliminate reluctor ring/sensor issues first.
