I have read that the Lexus RX shares the same suspension system with the Toyota Highlander. If this is true, then would aftermarket lowering springs and shocks for the RX fit the Highlander? Any information is helpful, thanks

one way to find out is to go to Rockauto.com. d see if suspension parts are listed for both vehicles being same pick a spring and then select info on part and it list all applicable vehicles

I did, and I found the part numbers for the front and rear coil springs.
Front: RF3143
Rear: RI6518
But the site doesn't even list the coil springs for the Highlander. I'm at a dead end again
