I have a 2001 RX300, when the heater goes on it make this this weird sound like there is some type of resevoir right behind the console that's empty and its trying to move fluid. Also sometimes when you switch from the heater to the ac or vice versa the heater will only blow cold air, any help or solutions on this matter.
