ok so my grandmas 2000 rx3000 had some problem deep inside the engine. my dad fixed it and now needs help putting the headers back on. he doesnt know in which order (left to right) you screw the bolts back on. [example: you screw, 3.4.1.2] also he needs to know what torque it should be screwed on as well. please help me. i am in desperate help becuase hes riding my @ss -__-

Welcome to the Club.

Those exhaust manifolds don't have any kind of screw bolt order. Screw them in one by one until they are all on there (but not fully tightened). The final torque is: 49 N-m (500 kgf-cm, 36 ft-lbf).

 

For large surfaces/objects, best procedure is to face all nut/bolts and then tighten from center to out.
