Looks similiar to me. But it will work with 6 CD in-dash only not in the glove box. They don't have TOY3 adapter any more according to their webside.

At the bottom, of the link you sent, for a 99-03 without nakamichi, you can only get GROM-USB units, so I suppose that means you don't get an aux or iPod adapter.
