I'VE BEEN TRYING TO DO THIS BUT NO AVAIL...IS THERE A WAY OF RESETING ALL THE RADIO STATIONS ON 99 RX300??

The RX300 works the same way as other newer cars. You can set the radio presets one at a time. Tune to the radio station you want to listen to and then hold the preset button in for a prolonged period of time. There will be a beep or some other indication that the setting has taken effect. Then you can release the button.

If you want to reset them, then just unplug the battery.
If you want to program them, then do what bob2200 said.
