loud vibrating noise coming from center console area
 

I have a 99 rx300 and starting about a week ago the car has been making this weird noise. Theres a loud and very strong vibrating noise coming from the left side of the middle console. I dont know if its from the engine or some other part. It happens randomly and lasts like 3-10 seconds. Should i be worried?

I have noticed the same noise when A.C is on. Does not sound like the servo motor. I am trying to figure out what it is. It lasts for a few seconds and the dash vibrates.
